Own indirect spend across FM, IT and professional services. Drive savings, negotiate MSAs, and improve supplier performance with clear KPIs and governance.

Category Manager (CAPEX)

Lead CAPEX sourcing for renewables projects. Build category strategies, run e-sourcing events, and manage risk, HSE and sustainability targets across key OEM suppliers.

6-month assignment overseeing NEC4 contracts on rail civils. Change control, compensation events, stakeholder reporting, and supplier dispute resolution. Inside IR35.

Build and lead a small team. Set strategy, align to budget, deliver cost, risk and ESG outcomes across direct/indirect spend and key tech vendors.

Compliance & onboarding

RTW checks, references, IR35/SoW, contracts and onboarding paperwork—clean and compliant.

Offer & aftercare

We broker a fair offer, confirm start, and check in post-start. If anything’s off, we fix it fast.
